Sheffield Fluted Peak (Singu Chuli) Expedition
After climbing Rakshi Peak and Tent Peak from a high camp in the Annapurna Base Camp area, this party abandoned their attempted first ascent of Fluted Peak owing to the unseasonably heavy snowstorm of October 1985. They had an unpleasant and unusual theft of equipment and a tiresome recovery process.
