Ladakh Winter Wildlife Survey 1981
This 2-man team travelled extensively in remote parts of Zanskar and Ladakh, sometimes on ski, to investigate the distribution of large mammals, including species such as snow leopard, kiang, the Ladakh Urial (which is on the increase), bharal and ibex.
