Mrs Dunsheath's Abinger Himalayan Expedition 1956
Based on the Shigri Glacier in the Chandra valley, this party of four made ascents of five peaks over 17,000ft, including 6001m Deo Tibba. Delany, working as a geologist, also collected various samples and data, while the team as a whole thoroughly explored and mapped the glacier.
