British Yawash Sar I Expedition 2024
Mick Fowler and Victor Saunders achieved their planned objective, the first ascent of Yawash Sar I (6258m), via the mountain's northwest face, in a 7-day alpine style round trip from base camp. The summit was reached on 14 September. From the glacier basin beneath the face the climb was about 750m long and the pair estimate it to be roughly TD in terms of difficulty.
