British East Greenland Expedition
This party of nine succeeded in identifying and climbing Wager's Cathedral Peak (2,600m) and some subsidiary peaks in the Lindberg and Lemon ranges of the Kangerdlugssuaq basin of East Greenland. They also sledged from the Lindbergs to the coast, visited Wager's 1936 food dump and did some botanical fieldwork. (See article 'Lindbergs and Lemons'.)
