British Extremely Chile
This two-man team succeeded in climbing The Shield (c2,400m) in the Torres del Paine National Park by a technical new route on the N ridge. This was the second overall ascent, and was achieved by climbing non-stop for 22 hours during the only window in the usual Patagonian weather.
